However, not withstanding contract agreements, laws, restrictions, privacy requests, or regulations prohibiting such action, Junk-Drawer Photo and/or Adam Caruso reserve the right to use and display photography from any session for portfolio and promotional use. These promotional uses may include, but are not limited to: print and/or digital marketing media; social media; printed publications of any kind; merchandise; trade publications; tutorials and other educational applications; philanthropic/charity/non-profit uses; or any other permissible and reasonable promotional efforts involving Junk-Drawer Photo and/or Adam Caruso.
